Job Title: Legal Executive / Legal Manager (Real Estate)

About Us:
Highyield Fortune Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing company specializing in fractional investments and real estate. We are seeking a dynamic legal professional with expertise in real estate laws and compliance to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating real estate agreements, MoUs, sale deeds, lease deeds, and other legal documents.
• Ensuring compliance with real estate laws, RERA, company law, and other statutory regulations.
• Coordinating with external legal advisors, government authorities, and stakeholders for due diligence and registrations.
• Handling property title verification, legal opinions, and dispute resolutions.
• Advising management on legal risks, compliance, and business strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); Master’s in Law (LLM) preferred.
• 3–7 years of experience in real estate law, property matters, and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of RERA, stamp duty, registration, property title due diligence, and contracts.
• Excellent drafting, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle legal documentation independently.
