Revenue

· Initial check survey / land title whether it is old sharat or New Sharat

· Collecting promotion entries (1951-2005) and respective revenue/survey entries paper from concern departments

· Revenue Liaisoning work related to getting non agriculture Permission.

· Collect Opinions from respective Government Department (Prant, mamladar Office, Circle , Deputy collector stamp & DLIR office)

· Revenue Liaisoning work / File clearance from respective revenue authorities.

· Preparation of Land Final Statement.

· PORTAL LIKE: ANYROR, IORA, GARVI, should be known.

· Gujrati typing, legal drafting.

· NA files and updates.

Legal

· Legal Cases (court-related) coordinate with company's panel Lawyer

· Existing cases with respective court monitoring and coordinating with concerned advocate

· Obtaining Court fee Stamp from vendors and Notary in various type of documents

· Preparation of Legal Final Statement

· Any Other work assigned by Management as per the requirement of company

TRAVELLING WILL BE THERE.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
