· Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, MoUs, and other legal documents.
· Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
· Monitor changes in legislation and advise management on necessary actions.
· Maintain statutory records and ensure timely filings with regulatory authorities.
· Coordinate and liaise with external advocates, law firms, and statutory authorities.
· Prepare documentation for legal proceedings and assist in litigation management.
· Represent the company in courts, tribunals, or government offices when required.
· Assist in drafting board resolutions, minutes, and corporate legal documentation.
· Ensure legal due diligence for business transactions.
· Support in handling intellectual property rights (IPR), licensing, and registrations.
· Provide legal opinions to different departments on day-to-day business activities.
· Identify potential legal risks and propose mitigation strategies.
· Support HR in disciplinary actions, employee disputes, and labor law compliance.
· Strong knowledge of corporate, contract, labor, and regulatory laws.
· Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B). Master’s in Law (LL.M) will be an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
