Key Responsibilities

Documentation & Contracts

  • Draft, review, and finalize agreements including sale deeds, lease agreements, MoUs, and vendor contracts.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance of property-related documents with statutory requirements.
  • Maintain records of title deeds, approvals, and licenses.

Regulatory Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority) guidelines and other applicable laws.
  • Handle property registration, stamp duty, and compliance with municipal and state authorities.
  • Monitor changes in real estate and construction laws, updating management accordingly.

Litigation & Dispute Resolution

  • Coordinate with external lawyers for litigation, arbitration, or dispute resolution.
  • Prepare case briefs, affidavits, and supporting documents for legal proceedings.
  • Represent the company in hearings before government authorities when required.

Advisory & Support

  • Provide legal advice to management on project approvals, land acquisition, and joint ventures.
  • Support due diligence for property purchases, mergers, or partnerships.
  • Advise on risk mitigation strategies in contracts and transactions.

Coordination

  • Liaise with government departments, regulatory bodies, and external stakeholders.
  • Work closely with project managers, finance, and sales teams to ensure smooth operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM).
  • 3–7 years of experience in real estate or construction legal work.
  • Strong knowledge of property laws, RERA, land acquisition laws, and corporate compliance.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.

Pay: ₹15,260.36 - ₹35,746.92 per month
