We are seeking a
Legal Executive
to provide
business-focused, high-quality legal support
across
commercial, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and dispute matters
in
Saudi Arabia
. This role partners closely with senior stakeholders across the business to manage legal risk, enable strategic growth, and ensure robust compliance with Saudi laws and internal governance standards.
Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a broad range of
commercial agreements
in line with Saudi law and company policies.

Support
strategic initiatives
and
cross-border transactions
, providing practical legal guidance under time pressure.

Develop and implement
contract playbooks
,
fallback positions
,
clause libraries
, and continuously improve templates (including
Arabic/English bilingual
documentation).

Manage
entity lifecycle
matters in KSA (and GCC as applicable): formations, licensing, renewals, amendments, and liquidations, coordinating with relevant authorities (e.g.,
MISA, MoC
).

Ensure compliance with
constitutional documents
,
powers of attorney
, signing authorities, and internal governance frameworks.

Monitor and advise on compliance with Saudi legal and regulatory requirements, issuing updates and guidance to stakeholders.

Coordinate
regulatory filings
, responses, and inspections; engage with regulators and government authorities in Arabic and English.

Support disputes and investigations: pre-litigation strategy, legal notices, settlement frameworks, and management of external counsel for litigation/arbitration/administrative proceedings.

Provide clear, actionable legal advice to internal stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, HR, Commercial, Logistics, Tax, Internal Audit, and more.
Requirements

LLB (or equivalent)
from a recognized institution;
LLM
preferred.

Licensed or eligible to be licensed
to practice law in Saudi Arabia (international admission is a plus).

5+ years
post-qualification experience in a reputable law firm and/or in-house legal function with
substantial Saudi law exposure
.

Demonstrated experience drafting and negotiating
complex commercial contracts
and advising on
corporate, labour, and regulatory
matters in KSA.

Strong working knowledge of Saudi legal frameworks, including
Companies Law, Labour Law, PDPL, competition law, anti-bribery
, and sector-specific regulations.

Fluent Arabic and English
, with strong legal drafting capability in both languages.

Strong stakeholder management, sound judgment, discretion, and comfort handling confidential matters.

Proficiency with
Microsoft 365
, CLM tools, e-signature platforms, and legal research tools.
