Job Title: Legal Executive (Consultancy)

Job Description:
We are seeking a Legal Executive with law firm experience to support our consultancy’s legal and compliance functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and manage contracts and legal documents
• Provide legal support for business operations and client projects
• Ensure compliance with UAE laws and regulations
• Liaise with external law firms and government authorities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent)
• 2–4 years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal role
• Strong knowledge of UAE commercial and corporate law
• Excellent communication and drafting skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
