Job Description – Legal Executive (Real Estate)

Qualifications:

• LLB or higher

Experience:

• 1–2 years in the real estate sector

Key Skills:

• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Draft and review legal documents: sale deeds, agreements, POAs, MoUs, leases, mortgages, affidavits, etc.
• Conduct title searches and property due diligence
• Advise on land purchases, property acquisitions, sales, and development projects
• Handle property disputes and matters under Sections 32G & 32M
• Liaise with government authorities for legal clearances
• Ensure compliance with property laws, stamp duty, and registration requirements

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
