Legal Expert

We are seeking a highly experienced Legal Expert to join our organization and provide strategic legal support across a range of administrative and corporate matters.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (Master’s Degree preferred)

Experience:

• Minimum of 15 years of documented legal experience

• Proven experience in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and memoranda of understanding

• Prior experience working with government and semi-governmental entities is highly desirable

Key Competencies & Knowledge:

• Strong knowledge of organizational and administrative practices

• In-depth familiarity with applicable laws and regulations, particularly:

  • Qatar Tenders Law

  • Qatar Labor Law

  • Qatar Administrative Laws

• Demonstrated expertise in legal compliance and regulatory frameworks

• Specialized knowledge related to administrative decisions and procedures

• Ability to provide legal consultations, advisory services, and corporate governance support

• High proficiency in preparing official legal correspondence, responses, and legal memoranda

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Arabic)

• High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
