Urgent Hiring for Lawyer/ Legal Officer/ Legal head

Location - Mohali 82 Punjab

Qualification - LL.B / LL.M from a recognized university.

Experience: 3 to 5 years experience in corporate legal or relevant field.

Skills - Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, and labour laws.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lawyer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of corporate/commercial law and excellent drafting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, legal notices & company documents
• Representing the company in legal matters and advising management on compliance
• Handling labour law, statutory requirements & company policy legalities
• Coordinating with external legal authorities & government departments.

Requirements:

Strong communication & negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
