Job Title: Legal Head (Unqualified candidates will not be considered)

Location: Thalayolaparambu

Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹55,000 per month

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Legal Head to oversee the complete legal administration of the company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all legal affairs, coordinating with advocates, law enforcement agencies, and internal branches, and ensuring smooth and compliant legal operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end legal administration of the organization.
• Coordinate effectively with advocates, police departments, regulatory bodies, and internal departments on all legal matters.
• Develop and implement settlement strategies to resolve customer issues prior to litigation.
• Lead negotiation processes to achieve amicable settlements and minimize legal exposure.
• Drive and supervise the team responsible for legal recovery, dues collection, and dispute resolution.
• Provide legal advice, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and support management in legal decision-making.
• Prepare and review legal documents, notices, agreements, and case-related reports.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Legal Head, or in a similar senior legal role within a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of corporate laws, compliance procedures, litigation management, and negotiation techniques.
• Age between 35 and 45 years.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
