Responsibilities Include:
- Support the evaluation and promotion process for attorneys
- Support the onboarding process for lateral and associate new hires
- Track leaves of absences
- Draft documentation with attorney changes (new hires, promotions, departures, etc.)
- Manage the team's inbox and respond to inquiries
- Assist with other administrative tasks and projects
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1+ years of administrative experience
- Law firm experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Team-oriented mentality
Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
