Job Description

The Ford Agency is actively recruiting for a Legal HR Coordinator to join a top DC law firm. The Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring attorneys status is updated and documented correctly, helping with the bar admission/renewal process, and supporting the evaluation process. This is a fast-paced role that requires excellent attention to detail, strong communication, and superb organization skills. If you have at least two years of administrative support experience in a corporate environment and have an interest in HR, this could be the role for you!

Responsibilities Include:
  • Assist with budget and expense management for the team
  • Support the attorney bar admission and bar renewal process
  • Prepare documentation for changes in attorney status (i.e. new hires, promotions, departures, etc.)
  • Support attorney evaluation processes, bonuses, and compensation programs
  • Assist with special projects as needed
Qualifications Include:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2+ years of administrative experience in a corporate environment
  • Law firm experience preferred
  • Ability to juggle competing priorities and pivot between tasks smoothly
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion

Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
