Legal Intake - Data Analyst/Data Processor

Onsite Legal Data Analyst is responsible for accurate intake, processing and analysis of new client information. This role serves as a key liaison between the Intake team, new clients and handling attorneys and paralegals. The position requires strong proficiency in excel and analytical capabilities with a focus on development of each new client relationship.

Key Responsibilities:

· Intake & Processing of new client cases - Data Entry of new client information in coordination with other Intake Team members to initiate conversion of leads into an active client matter through accurate input of all new client information into LawRuler Legal Software.

· Data Analysis - New client data is properly verified with all incoming information to prepare for accurate reporting of client’s personal information, supporting documents, injuries, case type, statute, source, value and status for follow up. This includes the ability to review and analyze client data automatically batch imported.

. Initial Client Contact – Follow up with new clients to obtain and data enter any missing information required to complete the intake process.

· Reporting – Generate and disseminate accurate weekly, monthly and quarterly case reports.

Qualifications:

· Prior Data Analysis experience required.

· Advanced proficiency and experience with Microsoft Excel.

· Proficiency utilizing CRM Software.

· Strong analytical skills and accuracy with high attention to detail.

. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

*Preferred (these are not required, but will give applicant strong preference): Previous personal injury law firm experience

Some college or university education is highly preferred
