Legal Intake Manager

Position Overview:

The Legal Intake Manager will be responsible for managing the intake process, engaging with prospective clients, and overseeing the seamless transition from initial contact to signed agreements. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to quickly build rapport, and the professionalism to represent the firm at the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct client intake calls, consultations, and follow-ups with professionalism and empathy.

- Evaluate client needs and align them with appropriate legal services.

- Guide potential clients through the contract process and ensure timely completion of agreements.

- Develop and refine intake procedures to optimize efficiency and client experience.

- Supervise and mentor intake staff (if applicable).

- Coordinate closely with attorneys and case managers to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in legal intake, client relations, management, or a closely related role.

- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced education is a plus.

- Proven ability to communicate effectively and close client contracts.

- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

- Bilingual fluency in Chinese or Spanish is highly desirable.

- Ability to start within 4 weeks of offer acceptance.

Additional Requirements:

- Willingness to work occasional overtime when client or firm needs require.

- Flexibility to travel on short notice (typically no more than once every 1–2 months).

Compensation & Benefits:

- Base salary: $120,000 – $250,000, commensurate with experience.
