Legal Intake Manager

Location: LA, USA Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

· Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients and manage all intake communications.

· Conduct interviews to gather client information and assess case viability.

· Screen potential cases to ensure alignment with the firm’s practice areas and capacity.

· Schedule consultations and coordinate client meetings with attorneys.

· Maintain accurate client records and ensure a smooth transition to the legal team.

· Uphold confidentiality and ensure compliance with firm policies.

· Continuously refine intake procedures to improve efficiency and client experience.

Qualifications

· Proven ability to navigate complex interpersonal situations with exceptional emotional intelligence (EQ) and analytical reasoning (IQ).

· Minimum of 5 years of professional experience

· Native-level fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (both spoken and written)

Additional Requirements

· Willingness to work occasional overtime as business needs arise

· Flexibility to travel on short notice

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment.

Compensation & Benefits

· Annual salary: USD 100,000–250,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
