Position Overview

We are looking for a Legal Intern to join our corporate and fintech legal team.
This internship offers hands-on exposure to corporate law, RBI/SEBI compliances, fintech regulations, drafting, and due diligence.
You will work closely with our in-house legal and compliance teams on real projects impacting business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, MOUs, NDAs, and other legal documents.
• Research on RBI, SEBI, MCA, and fintech-related regulations.
• Support the compliance team with company filings and documentation.
• Help prepare legal summaries, case notes, and internal reports.
• Assist in maintaining corporate records and due diligence checklists.
• Coordinate with internal departments for legal documentation and review.

Requirements

• Law student pursuing LLB / BA LLB / BBA LLB (3rd year or above preferred).
• Strong interest in Fintech, Corporate, and Technology Law.
• Excellent legal research and drafting skills.
• Attention to detail and a proactive learning attitude.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace tools.

Pay: ₹8,596.03 - ₹23,387.83 per month
