- Legal Research: Conduct independent legal research on assigned issues using legal databases, internet, and other resources.
- Document Drafting: Draft and proofread various legal documents, such as motions, briefs, contracts, and correspondence, as requested by attorneys.
- Case Preparation: Assist in organizing case files, evidence, and preparing materials for litigation, hearings, and trials.
- Client Interaction: Perform client intake, conduct interviews, and communicate with clients and opposing counsel under supervision.
- Court Observation: Attend court hearings, trials, and mediations to gain practical exposure to legal proceedings.
- Administrative Support: Handle general office administration, including filing, copying, and managing correspondence.

- Strong Research & Writing: Proficiency in conducting thorough legal research and articulating findings clearly in written memos and legal documents.
- Legal Knowledge: A basic understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and relevant laws.
