  • Maintain a copy of all new and old Supplier Contracts on the Shared Folder and ensure that all supporting documents are available.
  • Update the Shared Folder with all documents that have been translated along with the relevant files.
  • Maintain a copy of all Legal files and records and ensure that there are no problems with the files.
  • Conduct Legal research as and when required by the management.
  • Maintain a record of all Due Diligence with the supporting documents.
  • Assist with submitting all completed Due Diligence to the relevant team with all supporting documents attached.
  • Draft all legal documents.
  • Liaise with law firms on cases.
  • Take minutes of the meeting when requested.
  • Undertake other responsibilities as required by the line manager, in line with the needs of the department
