Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law
• Strong command of written and spoken English
• Fast yet well-planned working approach; able to manage multiple tasks
• High sense of responsibility, self-motivation, and eagerness to learn
• Ability to conduct legal research and perform preliminary risk analysis
• Ability to work with people from different disciplines and cultures
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and planning skills
• Strong communication skills; team-oriented, proactive and organized

Job Profile

• Assisting in drafting and reviewing agreements (Sales Agreements, NDAs, Service Agreements, Lease Agreements etc.)
• Supporting the legal team on daily matters including personal data protection, contracts, intellectual property, real estate, labor and commercial law
• Conducting legal research and preparing summaries/memos
• Supporting internal and external communications of the legal department
• Assisting the legal counsel in developing, communicating and executing legal, compliance, regulatory and risk management strategies
• Assisting with coordination of litigation files and preparing litigation follow-up reports
• Collaborating and cooperating with global legal team on global projects where necessary
• Monitoring and reporting regulatory changes
• Providing preliminary legal assessments to business units and ensuring timely referral of issues to the appropriate legal or business function
• Proactively identifying potential risks and suggesting preliminary solutions
