Role Overview

The organization invites applications from meritorious and academically inclined law students for the position of Legal Intern. The role is designed to provide structured exposure to property transactions, commercial documentation, labour law advisory, and corporate compliance matters, with emphasis on legal drafting, vetting, and research.

Location: Gurugram

Internship Duration: 3 Months

Stipend: INR 10000/- Monthly

Responsibilities

· Drafting, vetting, and review of property-related documents including sale, gift, lease, and commercial deeds.

· Assistance in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, agreements, and legal documentation.

· Conducting legal research on land, contract, labour, and corporate laws

· Supporting corporate and regulatory compliance activities and maintaining statutory documentation.

· Assisting the legal team in advisory, documentation, and due diligence matters

Eligibility

• Law students (5-year LL.B. – 3rd year onwards / 3-year LL.B. – 2nd year onwards)
• Strong academic interest in property law, contract drafting, and legal research
• Good drafting, research, and analytical skills
