Legal Intern

Job Summary

Capital Vacations' Legal Team is looking to hire a motivated summer intern to assist the In-House Counsel Department on various legal matters.

As a Legal Intern, you will be part of a collaborative team responsible for providing guidance to multiple departments within the company on legal matters and issues. You will assist with: legal research, drafting legal memos, compliance and licensing matters and litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in research assignments, assist in responding to consumer complaints and assisting with other compliance matters.
• Work closely with In-House Attorneys in providing assistance across the company.
• Maintain professionalism, compliance, and attention to detail throughout your internship.
• Contribute positively to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, History, Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional appearance with a competitive, driven, and coachable mindset.
• Strong communication skills and a desire to learn.
• Must live in or have secured housing in Myrtle Beach, SC. Housing and relocation are not provided.
• Available to work full-time, five days per week, for a 12-week internship period, starting in May 2026.
