We are part of the LEGO Group’s Legal, Compliance and Risk Management department (LCR), and are based in the Chesterfield area. Our team plays a vital role in supporting the construction and equipment development for our new state-of-the-art factory. In addition, we oversee the operation of a packing facility with approximately 400 employees, ensuring legal compliance and smooth operations.
As an intern, you'll support our legal team by conducting research and assisting with compliance training, ensuring our practices meet industry standards. You'll streamline operations through process documentation and contribute to the review and drafting of procurement contracts, protecting our interests and strengthening relationships. By testing AI tools for accuracy, you'll drive innovation and improve decision-making. Your diverse contributions will be vital to advancing legal excellence and supporting organizational growth

This is a unique opportunity for a law student to practice their skills and to transform complex legal matters into practical advice, gaining invaluable insights and hands-on experience at the Richmond location of a global force of play!
We are seeking a current law student pursuing a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school, eager to apply their academic knowledge to real-world legal challenges.
• Working knowledge Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Some familiarity with contract law, employment law and/or compliance.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
