Roles & Responsibilities

The Legal Intern will work closely with the core legal team and assist in the following areas:

• Legal research on corporate, commercial, startup, and regulatory laws
• Drafting and reviewing agreements (NDAs, service agreements, MoUs, policies, etc.)
• Assisting in due diligence, compliance checklists, and legal documentation
• Supporting litigation and dispute-related research (where applicable)
• Preparing legal articles, blogs, summaries, and knowledge notes
• Assisting in client onboarding documents and internal legal playbooks
• Tracking legal updates and case laws relevant to Vidhi Setu’s practice areas
• Any other legal or compliance-related work assigned by the team

Eligibility Criteria

• Law students pursuing 3-year or 5-year LL.B. from a recognised university
• Strong interest in corporate law, startup law, contracts, and compliance
• Good legal research and drafting skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Basic understanding of commercial documentation is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Word / Google Docs

• Performance-based stipend, evaluated on:
• Quality of research and drafting
• Timely completion of assigned tasks
• Consistency and professionalism
• Overall contribution to Vidhi Setu’s work

(Top-performing interns may receive higher stipends, certificates, and long-term opportunities.)
