We are seeking a dynamic relationship-builder based in Texas who will champion engagement within the Family Law community and strengthen OurFamilyWizard’s connections across the legal ecosystem. As a Legal Liaison for OurFamilyWizard, you will serve as a trusted partner and educator—especially to Judges and court professionals—helping deepen understanding of OurFamilyWizard’s mission, tools, and impact on families navigating separation and coparenting. By cultivating strong, meaningful relationships and advancing education throughout the judicial and legal communities, you will help expand the reach of OurFamilyWizard’s platform and support our mission to empower families through effective communication and collaboration.
Compensation: The total on-target earnings (OTE) for this position range from $100,000 to $125,000 OTE, which includes a base salary of $75,000 to $90,000 plus an on-target commission of $25,000 to $35,000.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across the family law ecosystem—including Judges, Attorneys, Mediators, Parent Coordinators, Court Evaluators, and Guardians ad Litem—to strengthen awareness, trust, and advocacy for the OurFamilyWizard platform.
- Develop and deliver educational initiatives for the judicial community and other professionals through workshops, webinars, presentations, curated discussions, and conference participation that highlight best practices for using OFW to improve outcomes for families.
- Serve as an educational ambassador to Judges and court systems by presenting OFW’s benefits, aligning content with judicial needs, and ensuring ongoing engagement and professional development opportunities.
- Actively engage the broader Family Law community through relationship-driven outreach at industry events, regional meetings, and continuing education programs, positioning OurFamilyWizard as a partner in effective coparenting solutions.
- Gain a deep understanding of OurFamilyWizard’s mission, technology, and services to communicate value clearly and authentically to diverse audiences across the legal ecosystem.
- Identify and research influential practitioners and organizations who can serve as champions for OFW adoption within their professional circles and client bases.
- Maintain and leverage our CRM database to track interactions, monitor relationship progress, and ensure accurate, up-to-date communication records.
- Synthesize feedback and insights gathered from Judges and other professionals into actionable recommendations for internal teams, helping refine user experience, education materials, and product enhancements.

Understanding of the family law ecosystem and various subjects related to family law. This includes divorce law, mediation practices, and legal counseling
- Professional exposure to the legal field, products related to law, or previous career experience related to the legal system
- Located in Dallas with the ability to travel regularly throughout your designated territory.
- (Bonus points) JD, LCSW, MSW, or certification or licensure related to law or mediation
- (Bonus points) Prior account management or relationship management experience
- (Bonus points) Experience with CRM and/or modern sales management platforms
