Key Responsibilities: • Provide legal counsel on corporate structuring, contracts, and regulatory matters. • Develop and enforce legal policies and procedures for global operations. • Coordinate with external legal advisors and internal teams to ensure compliance. • Support business expansion, including establishing entities in new markets. • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts. • Advise leadership on risk management and mitigation. • Ensure compliance with data protection and intellectual property laws. • Manage legal matters related to partnerships, contracts, and shareholder agreements.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of legal experience, preferably in an international corporate setting. • Expertise in corporate law, commercial contracts, and regulatory compliance. • Experience with company structuring and expansion. • Hands-on, pragmatic approach with a dynamic mindset. • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. • Strong negotiation and contract drafting skills. • Willingness to travel occasionally.
