We’re Hiring: Legal Manager (Litigation) – NBFC | Ahmedabad

Join us and play a key role in managing demand notices, collections, and cases under NI Act 138 while ensuring smooth legal operations.

Experience: 2–5 Years

Role: Litigation, Recovery & Collections

What you’ll do:

✔ Draft & issue demand/recovery notices

✔ Handle litigation under NI Act 138 & recovery suits

✔ Coordinate with advocates & represent the company in courts/tribunals

✔ Draft settlement agreements & recovery strategies

✔ Ensure timely legal compliance and case updates

What we’re looking for:

LL.B / LL.M with 2–5 years of NBFC/Banking litigation experience

Strong knowledge of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 (Section 138)

Hands-on in recovery, collections & arbitration matters

Excellent drafting, negotiation & communication skills
