Legal Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1.Legal Research in the Fintech Space

o Analyzing laws in the fintech space and opining on the same.

2.Contract Drafting and Negotiation:

o Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of contracts in the fintech space, including master service agreements, delivery service agreements, vendor contracts, subcontracting agreements, collaboration agreements, partnership agreements etc.

o Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and requirements.

3. Contract Management and Administration:

o Maintain a centralized contract repository and ensure proper documentation of all agreements.

o Track key contract milestones, deliverables, and deadlines to ensure compliance and renewals.

o Implement and manage a robust Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system to track contract milestones, renewal dates
