Legal Manager

JOB SUMMARY:

To lead the company’s legal department, ensure compliance with local and international laws and regulations, protect the company’s legal interests, mitigate potential legal risks, and support strategic and operational decision-making.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide legal advice to senior management and all departments across the company.
  • Draft, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to protect company interests.
  • Monitor relevant local and international laws and regulations and recommend policy updates accordingly.
  • Manage disputes and legal cases involving the company, including litigation, arbitration, and regulatory matters.
  • Coordinate with external legal advisors when necessary.
  • Ensure company compliance with regulations and protect intellectual property and company rights.
  • Ensure company compliance with SFDA, Ministry of Health, NUPCO, and other relevant pharmaceutical industry regulators.
  • Provide legal oversight on partnerships, licensing, joint ventures, and technology transfer agreements.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law (Master’s or professional certificate)
  • Minimum of 8 years of legal experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of local and international laws and regulations relevant to the company’s operation.
  • Experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and managing legal cases.
  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English (written and Spoken).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Leadership skills and ability to manage a multidisciplinary team.
