Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Legal with in-depth knowledge of real estate laws, property documentation, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will provide ongoing legal support and advisory services on land acquisition, title verification, drafting of agreements, dispute resolution, and regulatory matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal opinions and title due diligence for land/property acquisitions and joint development agreements.
• Draft, review, and vet legal documents, including:

Sale deeds

Lease deeds

Development agreements

Power of Attorney

MOUs and NDAs

• Handle litigation matters related to property disputes, RERA cases, or consumer forum issues.
• Coordinate with external counsels and represent the company in legal proceedings when required.
• Ensure compliance with RERA, local municipal laws, registration formalities, and land use regulations.
• Provide strategic legal advice on regulatory and compliance risks for real estate projects.
• Maintain and update legal records, property documents, and compliance reports.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of Indian property laws, RERA, stamp duty, registration, and local development control rules.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases/documents with attention to detail.
• Sound judgment and decision-making ability in critical matters.

Qualifications

• LL.B. or higher from a recognized university.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate or property law.
• Experience working with a real estate developer, law firm, or as an independent property law practitioner preferred.
• Bar Council registration is mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
