Your Responsibilities:

Ensuring comprehensive legal compliance for all international business operations, staying current with the diverse regulatory landscapes of every operating jurisdiction

Coordinating effectively with global external counsel to manage litigation, navigate local legal requirements, and ensure cohesive legal strategy across the enterprise

Managing all legal aspects pertinent to international business expansion, from structuring and licensing to employment contracts and cross-border data transfer agreements

Leading the corporate data privacy function, serving as the primary authority on data governance and ethical data use practices

Ensuring strict compliance with relevant laws like the DPDP, implementing frameworks for data mapping and incident response

Managing vendor activities related to data protection through rigorous due diligence, contract negotiations, and ongoing monitoring of third-party compliance standards

Overseeing the protection, maintenance, and enforcement of the company’s entire IP portfolio, including proactive monitoring for potential infringement across global markets

Providing expert legal guidance and counsel on employment law matters, advising leadership on compliance with central, state, and municipal labor regulations

Negotiating and reviewing essential IT agreements, structuring terms that protect company data, define service levels, and limit liability in technology partnerships

Managing standard vendor contracts and SaaS agreements by streamlining the review process, identifying key risks, and ensuring favorable terms for the business

Advising stakeholders on the legal implications of IT services, products, software acquisitions, and technology partnerships, enabling sound decision-making aligned with risk tolerance

Experience And Qualifications:

Law Graduate/ LL.B with 4 - 7 years of relevant post-qualification experience
