Job Description:
- 1.Drafting, reviewing and negotiating various agreements & transaction documents like Collaboration Agreement, Joint Development Agreement, addendums, MOUs, Lease Deeds, Consultancy Agreement, Agreement to Sell, etc
- 2.Drafting and reviewing of CRM/Marketing related Agreements and documentation like Application Form, Apartment Buyer Agreement, Transfer case Documents, Possession documents etc Internal documentation and process to be conducted.
- 3.Drafting and reviewing of legal notices and reply of legal notices, legal correspondences and deal with revenue law related issues and liaising with Lawyer in this regard.
- 4.Liaising with different departments as necessary to complete any and all formalities concerning property matters Legal Research and Advisory work Updating and Managing Legal MIS.
- 5.Competencies/ Personal Attributes:- Strong communication skills and good command over English & Kannada (both oral and written) and the ability to interface with people across all levels in the organization and to communicate legal issues and solutions in an articulate, precise and effective manner Good organizational and interpersonal skills, including ability to work effectively within a team and a fast-paced business environment
