Legal Manager

QUALIFICATIONS: Degree / Masters in Law / LLB / LLM EXPERIENCE:

-Degree in Law with minimum 5-7 Years of experience, with excellent command over all aspects of legal matters related to real estate.
-The ideal applicant would be either from Real Estate Developer or from Legal firms.
-This profile will be responsible for handling Non-Litigation, Due Diligence for New Land Acquisition and co-ordination for Litigation matters for the West Portfolio.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drafting & vetting of various legal documents – Development / JV Agreement, Conveyance Deed, Deed of Transfer, Power of Attorney, MOU, Agreement for Sale, Gift Deed, Lease Deed, Leave & License Agreement, etc.
• Well versed and hands on experience in RERA Act and Compliance
• Must be familiar with all practices and procedures pertaining to lands of various tenures, their ownership, acquisition, development, including municipal / development rules & regulations; apartment ownership.
• Should possess knowledge on Stamp duty / Registration / Adjudication etc.
• Drafting of plaints, written statements, issuing and replying statutory legal notices, counters, company petitions, complaints etc.
• Should possess sound knowledge High court procedural laws, and ability to brief solicitors / senior counsel with experience in appearing before the Judicial and quasi – judicial authorities.
• Excellent English and good drafting and negotiation skills.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
