Legal Manager

Job Description

• Should have experience in:
• Litigation – Consumer; Property; Recovery etc..,.
• External Lawyers – Co-ordination with external counsels
• Case Management – Management Reporting; Feedback from concerned business teams etc.,
• Contract Management - Drafting; Reviewing and Negotiating Contracts
• Should be well versed in laws and regulations and should be able to tender opinion/advice on day to day basis, preferably Sales and Marketing issues of manufacturing company
• Should be self-motivated and willing to take on additional responsibilities.
• Should be able to speak English and Hindi fluently.
• Should be hard working and willing to travel on short notice.
• Should be ready and willing to relocate to any part in India, if required
• Experience in Automotive sector as in house counsel is preferable
