Legal Manger - Contracts & Corporate Affairs

The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Legal Manager to oversee contracts and corporate affairs within our manufacturing operations in Jeddah. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring legal compliance, managing contract negotiations, and supporting corporate governance to safeguard the company's interests and promote sustainable growth. Responsibilities: - Draft, review, and negotiate contracts to ensure legal compliance and minimize risks. - Provide legal advice on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters. - Manage corporate affairs including liaising with regulatory bodies and ensuring adherence to legal requirements. - Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks related to contracts and corporate operations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives with legal insights. - Monitor changes in legislation and industry trends to update policies accordingly. - Lead and manage the legal team focused on contracts and corporate affairs. - Report regularly to senior management on legal issues, risks, and developments impacting the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) required; advanced degree or certification is a plus. - Minimum of 7 years' experience in legal management within the manufacturing or related industry. - FIDIC and Saudi Bar Association legal certification are required - Proficient knowledge of Saudi Arabian commercial, corporate, and contract law. - Strong negotiation and drafting skills with attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage internal and external stakeholders. - Ability to work independently and lead a legal team under pressure. - Fluent in English and Arabic, both spoken and written. - Proactive approach with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
