Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and guidance to management and staff on various legal matters.
- Review contracts, agreements, and legal documents and draft communication letters for running projects.
- Monitor compliance with applicable laws, regulations.
- Represent the organization in legal proceedings, negotiations, and other legal matters.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting the organization.
- Manage relationships with external legal counsel and consultants.
- Serve as a liaison between the organization and government agencies, regulatory bodies, and legal authorities.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on legal and compliance-related matters.
Required Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
- Proven experience working in a legal or compliance role, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of laws, regulations, and legal principles relevant to work contracts, CVC guidelines on tenders.
- Ability to communicate effectively and confidently with client and govt departments.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research databases.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
