Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice and guidance to management and staff on various legal matters.
  • Review contracts, agreements, and legal documents and draft communication letters for running projects.
  • Monitor compliance with applicable laws, regulations.
  • Represent the organization in legal proceedings, negotiations, and other legal matters.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting the organization.
  • Manage relationships with external legal counsel and consultants.
  • Serve as a liaison between the organization and government agencies, regulatory bodies, and legal authorities.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on legal and compliance-related matters.

Required Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
  • Proven experience working in a legal or compliance role, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of laws, regulations, and legal principles relevant to work contracts, CVC guidelines on tenders.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and confidently with client and govt departments.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research databases.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
