Key Responsibilities:
Legal Documentation & Agreements
- Draft, review, and vet various agreements like Lease Deeds, Sale Deeds, Gift Deeds, Partition Deeds, Leave & License Agreements, POAs, etc.
- Vetting & Execution of documents such as Agreement for Sale, Leave & License Agreement, Lease Agreement, Deed of Conveyance, Deed of Gift, Will, Power of Attorney, Affidavit and other documents pertaining to land acquisition
- Coordinate with external lawyers and consultants.
- Ensure all legal documents are legally compliant and protect the company’s interests.
Land & Property Legal Due Diligence
- Conduct and verify due diligence on property titles.
- Extensive review of land title documents, 7/12 extracts, property cards, mutation entry, record of rights and revenue records.
- To be able to search and ascertain property title at revenue department, Sub registrar office.
- To be able to make title flow of property.
- Coordinate with legal consulates and property lawyers for title verification and legal clearances.
- Ensure legally clean acquisition of land and property assets.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- LLB / LLM from a recognized university.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience, preferably in Mumbai or Maharashtra.
- Thorough knowledge of Transfer of Property Act, Land laws in Maharashtra, Stamp Duty & Registration and Land Acquisition Laws.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Marathi is a plus (for land documents)

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
