Legal Operations Associate, Litigation (Hybrid)

• Drafting : Prepare the first draft of various litigation related documents, including responses & objection to subpoenas, interrogatory responses, settlement agreements, and responses to cease & demand letters. Familiarity with AI based tools like GCAI to support this workstream is a plus.

• E-discovery : Collect and prepare documents for production in connection with ongoing litigation and liaise with our e-discovery vendor(s).

• Project management : Take charge of organizing and proactively communicating (1) key matter deadlines; (2) records of prior document productions; (3) internal tracking documents. Act as the first point of contact for external vendors and manage vendor agreements.

• Legal technology : Assist with legal technology maintenance by mastering internal systems, troubleshooting basic issues, and supporting the implementation of new tools and processes.

• Operational leadership : Identify process inefficiencies within the legal department. Propose, develop and assist in implementing process improvements, including testing and implementing new technologies as appropriate.

This is a hybrid position with in-office responsibilities. We will consider candidates who can work from a commutable distance to our offices at 1745 Broadway, which includes the tri-state area (NJ, CT, & PA).
