Legal Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a Legal Operations Coordinator for a top media & entertainment company out of their Burbank, CA offices!

• Pay: $35.00-$36.66/hr based on experience
  
  
  

Responsibilities :

• Records
• Prep boxes
• Receive/Send out boxes
• QA
• Index box content
• Migrate microfiche files
• Data entry: Update Legal Records Tracker and Iron Mountain Connect
• Maybe migrate NEST files
• Maybe migrate Copyright files (Accuroute)
  
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• Invoices
• Update process documentation
• Manually post one-off invoices (I need to discuss this with Terri.)
• Track invoice and vendor communications with Research
• Post Law Firm Memos
• Document Retrieval
• Must be organized and comfortable with databases and do not need this specific experience but the team utilizes: NetDocs, FileTrail and Accutrac.
• Will be moving documents along with scanning and indexing, but may also do a bit of retrievals as well.
