Legal Operations Specialist

The Position
Our client, a software company operating in the digital infrastructure space, is seeking a senior Legal Ops professional with deep LinkSquares experience to help complete and optimize a recent CLM implementation. LinkSquares is already live and connected to Salesforce, and the focus of this engagement is on finishing the implementation, validating best practices, and ensuring the platform delivers real value to the business. You will review workflows for efficiency, help improve how contracts surface in Salesforce, build dashboards that provide visibility into in-flight deals, and partner with legal and sales teams to increase adoption through refreshed training and collaboration.

The ideal candidate has implemented LinkSquares multiple times, is comfortable working independently, and takes a proactive, solutions-oriented approach. Bonus points for experience with NDA review work, DocuSign integration, and strong technical fluency around how systems work together.

ASAP start, 20-30 hours/week, with an estimated duration of 3 months, with potential to extend or convert for the right candidate. The client has a preference for candidates who are located in the Bay Area and are comfortable going onsite a few times a week, but the client is open to fully remote candidates as well.

The hourly rate for this assignment is expected to be between $70 and $75. This range is an estimate; an employee’s compensation will be based on the employee’s qualifications, skillset, and relevant experience, specific client needs, project requirements, and other considerations permitted by law.
