Legal Operations Specialist

The Position
A well-established advertising technology company is seeking a senior-level legal operations professional to step in during a period of transition and help keep the legal function running smoothly. This role will support a broad range of work, including managing commercial contract and procurement workflows, overseeing legal intakes, coordinating privacy-related requests, and partnering closely with business teams and outside counsel. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable operating autonomously, and able to juggle multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, lean environment. Prior experience in tech or consumer-facing companies is helpful, and a solid understanding of privacy concepts is especially important given the nature of the business.

ASAP start, 40 hours per week, and duration is ongoing. Seeking local candidates in the Boulder or Denver metro area, particularly if this evolves into a longer-term or permanent role.

The hourly rate for this assignment is expected to be between $65 and $75. This range is an estimate; an employee’s compensation will be based on the employee’s qualifications, skillset, and relevant experience, specific client needs, project requirements, and other considerations permitted by law.
