Legal Operations Specialist (CLM Implementation Experience)

The Position
An AI-driven legal technology company is seeking a Legal Operations Implementation Specialist to support onboarding and implementation for its rapidly growing platform used by in-house legal teams.

The platform helps legal departments analyze contracts, automate negotiation playbooks, and surface legal risks by learning from historical legal documents and workflows. The company recently raised significant seed funding and already supports more than 100 enterprise customers adopting the platform.

In this role, you will work directly with legal teams as they implement the platform, guiding them through workflow configuration, platform setup, and best practices during the first several weeks of onboarding. You will act as a trusted partner during implementation, helping clients configure the system in a way that aligns with their internal contracting processes.

This position requires someone with high technical skills, strong experience supporting CLM implementations, familiarity with multiple contract lifecycle management platforms, and the ability to manage multiple client onboarding processes simultaneously.

This project starts ASAP, is a contract role with intent for conversion, is remote with Eastern Time hours, and requires 40 hours per week. The hourly rate for this assignment is expected to be between $65 and $80. This range is an estimate; an employee’s compensation will be based on the employee’s qualifications, skillset, and relevant experience, specific client needs, project requirements, and other considerations permitted by law.
