Legal Operations Specialist (Ironclad Expertise Experience)

The Position
An innovative, high-growth startup at the forefront of advanced technology is seeking a Legal Operations / Contracts Manager to support its fast-moving legal team. This is a unique opportunity to step into a role where you will have immediate impact across both legal operations and hands-on contract management.

This hybrid position sits at the center of legal ops strategy and day-to-day commercial execution. You will own and optimize Ironclad; including administration, workflow design, intake processes, reporting, and driving adoption across the business. The team believes there is significant opportunity to improve efficiency and is looking for someone who can materially elevate how the tool is used.

In addition, you will function as a contracts manager; handling NDAs and providing first-pass review of straightforward commercial agreements.

Experience with Carta is required; specifically cap table familiarity and a general understanding of shareholder mechanics. This aspect of the role is not overly complex but does require comfort navigating the platform.

The team is looking for someone extremely sharp, hungry, and eager to get hands dirty; someone who wants to bring meaningful value across the full spectrum of legal ops and contract management in a fast-paced startup environment.

This remote project starts ASAP, is three plus months in duration and requires 30–40 hours per week. The hourly rate for this assignment is expected to be between $65 and $80. This range is an estimate; an employee’s compensation will be based on the employee’s qualifications, skillset, and relevant experience, specific client needs, project requirements, and other considerations permitted by law.
