Position Summary
We are seeking a professional, highly organized Law Firm Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, vendors, and callers. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational habits, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal office environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, polished, proactive, and comfortable supporting daily office operations while maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients, visitors, vendors, and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and route incoming calls promptly and accurately using proper phone etiquette.
- Maintain the reception area, conference rooms, kitchen, and common areas so they remain clean, organized, stocked, and client-ready throughout the day.
- Order, track, and restock office supplies, kitchen supplies, and other necessary office materials.
- Prepare conference rooms for meetings, including arranging refreshments, supplies, and clean-up before and after use.
- Assist with scanning, copying, filing, and organizing documents in accordance with firm procedures.
- Perform data entry accurately and efficiently, including entering client, matter, or administrative information as assigned.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, faxes, and deliveries.
- Provide administrative support to attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, and office staff as needed.
- Handle confidential client and firm information with discretion and professionalism.
- Monitor office needs and proactively address issues before they become problems.
- Assist with other clerical or office support tasks as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
- Prior receptionist, administrative assistant, customer service, or office support experience preferred; law firm experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
- Excellent multitasking skills with the ability to shift priorities quickly in a fast-paced work environment.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
