- Greeting and assisting visitors
- Scheduling appointments for meetings and telephone conference
- Opening new client/matters with conflicts searches
- Opening and distributing mail correspondence and FedEx shipping
- Handling invoices and billing, correspondence, and expense reimbursements
- Maintaining email, tasks and calendar on a daily basis
- Other administrative duties as assigned
- Attending to clients
- Keeping track and organizing office supplies
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Performing clerical tasks
- Assisting with post real estate closing tasks

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 2 years (Required)
