Legal Researcher (Arabic speaker)

1. Execution Officer/Representative:

• Execution File Management: The candidate must have the ability to handle and manage execution files, working closely with all relevant judicial and governmental authorities.
• Court and Authority Representation: The candidate should be proficient in drafting requests and handling all necessary documentation and requirements as a representative before courts and governmental authorities.
• Driving License and Car: The candidate must possess a valid driving license and own a car for fieldwork, as this role requires travel.

• Court Representation and Expert Hearings: The candidate must be able to represent the company in front of the courts, attending hearings when permitted by law. Additionally, the candidate must have experience in appearing before experts when required.
• Contract Management: The candidate must have extensive experience in dealing with different types of contracts and contracting methods to safeguard the company's legal interests.
• Must be professional on COURT SYSTEM.
