Experience: Minimum 4 Years

Qualification: LLB / LLM from a recognized university.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Legal professional to support the organization by handling contracts, negotiations, and providing strategic legal guidance to management. The role requires strong expertise in contract law, risk assessment, and compliance within the organization’s legal framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and vet various contracts, agreements, and legal documents in line with the company’s internal legal framework.
• Negotiate commercial and legal terms with clients, vendors, and business partners.
• Identify legal risks and provide practical, business-oriented solutions.
• Provide expert legal guidance and advisory support to the management team on operational and strategic matters.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel as and when required.
• Support internal stakeholders on contractual obligations and legal interpretations.
• Maintain proper documentation and contract records.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of contract drafting and negotiation.
• Excellent understanding of commercial, corporate, and contractual laws.
• Ability to interpret legal clauses and assess business risk.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High level of attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple matters simultaneously.
• LLB / LLM from a recognized university.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in legal contracts, negotiations, and advisory roles.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
