Legal Secretary with 2–5 years of relevant experience to join our teams in Abu Dhabi and Dubai .

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who can provide strong administrative and secretarial support to our legal teams in a fast-paced law-firm environment.


Key Qualifications

  • Bilingual in Arabic and English
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in MS Office and legal software
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently


Role Overview

The Legal Secretary will play a critical role in supporting partners and fee earners by:

  • Providing comprehensive legal secretarial and administrative support
  • Managing schedules, meetings, and appointments
  • Organizing and maintaining legal files and records
  • Conducting legal research and handling billing processes, including time entry, expense tracking, and invoice preparation
  • Drafting, formatting, and proofreading legal documents and correspondence
  • Ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
