Legal Secretary

Graiwer, Kaplan, Vernik & Evans, LLP is comprised of the most prestigious attorneys and legal representatives in Southern California. We specialize in Workers’ Compensation Injures, Catastrophic Injuries, Serious & Willful Misconduct, and Labor Code Section 132(a) claims. We are looking to hire experienced Legal Secretaries to join our team.

Brief Job Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Legal Secretary. We are located in Los Angeles, CA. In this role, the Legal Secretary will work with a dynamic team including multiple attorneys providing a full range of support including, but not limited to, preparation/revision of correspondence, pleadings and documents; maintenance of documents in electronic format; completing legal tasks as necessary, as well as Jet-filing legal documents, and preparing cross-examination packets for the attorneys.

Qualifications

· Bilingual (Spanish)

· Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a busy litigation team environment

and communicate with colleagues and attorneys on every level.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent proofreading skills

and detail oriented

· Ability to multi-task while maintaining quality work product and timely respond to

deadlines as well as ability to balance workload.

· Proficiency in Windows environment including Word and Outlook

· Reliable with punctuality and attendance

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
