Legal Secretary (full-time)

Law firm located in Wellesley is seeking a full-time legal secretary. Experience with litigation preferred. This is an in-office position with one set remote day per week (particular day set by employer based on need and availability at time) put into place following completion of 60 days of employment. This is a highly independent role and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision is a must. Candidate should have appropriate and reliable transportation to adhere to the non-negotiable hours of M-F 8:30am-5pm. Responsibilities

• Provide support to several mixed-level attorneys
• Effectively communicate with colleagues and clients
• Draft legal documents
• File various legal documents (e-filing)
• Conduct social media searches
• Scheduling
• Mailing
• Minimal data entry
• Obtain electronic file materials (Box, CounselLink, Dropbox, numerous secure platforms)
• Setup of and assistance with coordinating remote proceedings/webinars (Microsoft Teams, GoToWebinar, Skype, Zoom, etc.)
• Facilitate the meeting of deadlines by keeping multiple agendas and provide timely reminders

Skills

• Time management
