A leading international law firm based in the DIFC, Dubai is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to support its legal teams in a fast-paced, high-quality professional environment.


This role suits a highly organised, proactive professional who is comfortable supporting lawyers, managing competing priorities, and delivering consistently high standards of work.


The role

  • Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to lawyers
  • Drafting, formatting and amending legal documents
  • Document management, filing, billing support and client correspondence
  • Diary management, meeting coordination and travel arrangements
  • Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders


Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a legal secretary in Dubai (law firm or professional services)
  • Strong document production and legal drafting skills
  • Excellent organisational, communication and prioritisation abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe
  • Experience with legal systems (e.g. iManage, InterAction, BigHand) advantageous
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
